Terms:
A $50 fee must accompany our admission form. This is a non-refundable fee.
A down payment of 50% of first months tuition and before and after fees must accompany final registration forms.
All cheques must be paid post-dated for the term of your child’s term of enrollment. There will be a $20 fee for NFS cheques.
A notice of one month must be forwarded if you choose to withdraw your child. If notice is not received the following month’s payment will be forfeited.
School fees are in effect even though your child may be taken on an unscheduled holiday.
SMS will be closed on the following holidays during the September to June school year and July (for which fees are still in effect): Statutory holidays, a week for spring break in Marh , two weeks at Christmas/NewYears and four Professional Development days. The School may be closed in August based on demand.
Squamish Montessori School requires a minimum schedule of 4 consecutive half days for your child. We recommend full days when a child is ready. The longer the child is with Squamish Montessori School on a daily basis the better the program works.
